Meine Lieblingsarie von Ihnen ist die Arie aus Rinaldo. Ich hoffe, dass ich Sie bald mal in einem Konzert in Nürnberg besuchen kann.

I just wanted to tell you that I was in your concert in Hamburg in June despite a bilateral pulmonary embolism, because I could not bear the thought of missing you! The doctor in hospital the next day told me, I have been risking my life, but you were definetely worth it :-) The concert was wonderful and I enjoyed every second of it and if that had been the last I had heard on this earth then it would be ok!

I have lived all my life in a theatre famlily. Father and mother actors. myself a theatredirector. As you surly know we sometimes wonder why we are doing what we are doing. I was so lucky to watch you on Tv and the warmt of your voice, your teknick, the temperature of youre tone made me remeber why we are are doing this work.

Estoy impactado desde que te ví en un programa por el canal Film and Arts cantando Agitata Due Da Venti y después seguirte ha sido un camino repleto de continuo deleite con tu magistral estilo y tu extraordinaria voz. Me encanta tu sencillez y tu alegría cuando te presentas en el escenario sin pose de diva pero con una presencia que invade todo el espacio y nos deja sin respiración. Adoro tu álbum de Vivaldi y el de Sacrificium! y siempre veo una y otra vez tu interpretación de Agitata Due Da Venti que me acompaña, me inspira y siempre me da fuerzas. A few years ago I saw you on BBC TV singing in the title role of La Cenerenatola at the Houston opera house, USA and really enjoyed it. I have been trying to buy a DVD of the opera but can only find a DVD for the USA Region 1 - is it possible to buy a DVD of your wonderful performance for the European region 2.

I have many of your CDs and DVDs but would really love this one.

About 20 years ago I got a life size cardboard cutout of you. I recently used that with a similar cutout of a Swiss GS ski champion as bookends for the 20+ skis I currently use. I would like to email versions of those photos. I am sure you will be amused. I only saw you live in Turko in Italia with Raimondo in Zurich. I'm over 70 but my hearing and my hi fi system are excellent. I've been comparing your recent Sonnambula with Dassay's. I prefer yours for several reasons but hers is also excellent. I go to Sante Fe every year and heard her live.-----How can I email some photos?
